I William Yarborough of the county of Hopkins and State of Kentucky being sick and weak of body but of sound mind disposing memory of and calling to mind the uncertainty of life and being desirous to dispose of all such worly estate as it has pleased God to bless me with I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Anna all of my stock cattle hogs sheep and gees one sorrel horse known by the name of Slowmon with all my house hode and kitchen furniture and all the rest of my estate both real and personal of what nature or kind soever it may be not herein before particularly disposed of after paying all my just debts and funeral expenses to have to hold during her natural life or widowhood to dispose of as she may think proper And imediately after her death or second marriage to be taken in possesion by my executor and equally divided between my children namely Samuel W. Yarborough, Elizabeth Farmer, Jane Clayton, Susanna Brown, Alsey Clayton, John Yarborough, Manley Yarborough, Sally Buckhannan, Charles Yarbrough, Mary Yarbrough, Lewis Yarbrough, William W.       Ann Childs Brown was also known as Nancy.¹ She was born on Friday, 1 December 1797 in VA.¹ She married Charles Taylor Winstead, son of Manley Winstead and Elizabeth Tapp, on 5 September 1821 at Hopkins Co., KY.² Ann Childs Brown appeared on the census of 1860 in the household of Charles Taylor Winstead.³ Ann Childs Brown died on Wednesday, 3 October 1866 Hopkins Co., KY, at age 68. She was buried in in Winstead Cemetery, Hopkins Co., KY.¹

     Elizabeth Henry married William M. Winstead, son of Manley Winstead and Elizabeth Cox, on 10 July 1829.¹

     Sarah A. Wickliffe married Pleasant Bushard Winstead, son of Manley Winstead and Elizabeth Cox, on 23 April 1833.¹

      Priscilla Ann Trice was also known as Scylla Trice.² She was born on Friday, 17 October 1817.² She married Alexander T. Winstead, son of Manley Winstead and Elizabeth Cox, on 12 February 1838 at Hopkins Co., KY.² Priscilla Ann Trice appeared on the census of 1850 in the household of Alexander T. Winstead.²

     Amy Brown Hutcherson was buried in Old Winstead Farm,, Nebo, Hopkins Co., KY. She was born on Monday, 17 December 1770 Mecklenburg Co., VA.¹ She married Manley Winstead, son of Samuel Winstead and Elizabeth (?), on 5 April 1821 at Hopkins Co., KY.² Amy Brown Hutcherson died on Tuesday, 28 July 1857 Hopkins Co., KY, at age 86.

     Gladys R. Gulick was born on December 1897 Loudoun Co., VA. She appeared on the census of 8 June 1900 in the household of John Franklin Gulick.

     Elize Dearith was born circa 1851. She married 2nd, Willibald E. Vodicka on 12 March 1887 in Chicago, Cook Co., IL; Lic. # 110000. Elize Dearith died on after 1896.

     Wenceslaus Zitek was employed at farmer, Stippanowitz, Bohemia.² His baptism name was Waczlaw Zitek. He was born on Wednesday, 3 October 1759 Stepanovice, Bohemia.³ He married Anna Duchek, daughter of Antonii Duchek, on 21 November 1780 at Schtiepanovicz N.10, Bohemia.⁴ Wenceslaus Zitek married Annou Kriz circa 1800 at Klatovy, Bohemia. Wenceslaus Zitek died circa 1823.

      Anna lived in Borow N.5.² She married Wenceslaus Zitek, son of Jakuba Zitka and Marii (?), on 21 November 1780 at Schtiepanovicz N.10, Bohemia.³ As of 21 November 1780, Anna Duchek was also known as Anna Kauer Name listed as grandparent in birth record of Wenceslaus Zitek.¹ She died on say 1823. As of 28 October 1823, Anna Duchek was also known as Anna Duchkin Mother, from Borow N.5, named in marriage record of Jospeh Sytek.⁴

     Karl Zitek was born on Tuesday, 29 May 1787 Klatovy, Bohemia.¹

     Marye Zitek was born on Sunday, 13 September 1789 Klatovy, Bohemia.¹
