Book B, pgs 49-50; Probate 18 May 1817, Logan Co., KY, which named To Mary, wife, 1/3 of all land, 1 Negro woman, 1 bed and furniture, household furniture, 1 mare, 1 cow, and clf for her lifetime; to John, youngest son, after Mary's death, Negro woman and her increases, share of pewter, 1 pot and hook, land on which he lives; to Nancy Westray, daughter, after Mary's death, bed and furniture, share of pewter, 1 Negro boy, 1 cow; Polly/Mary Westray, daughter, after wife's death, 1 Negro boy, 1 bed, 1 cow, her share of pewter; to Benjamin, oldest son, land on which he now lives, 1 Negro by , cow and calf, 1/2 of farming tools; to Elizabeth Blanchard, eldest daughter, 1 Negro girl, 1 cow; to Thomas Blanchard, grandson, 1 hefer. Land willed to wife is to be divided between John and Benjamin after her death. They also receive 1/2 of the farming tools, 1/2 of the stilliards and a grindstone, all other property to wife at his death. John is also to recieve 1 Negro boy, 1 mare, saddle, 1 cow and calf in addition to items listed above.
