Hopkins Co., KY. Will written and dated 18 May 1868, probated 5 Oct 1872 in Hopkins County. In it, he said that he had already given to his children when they married about an equal protio of his estate. He had already given to his daughter, Indiana Washington $140, and that he had already gien to his daughter, Ziller Ann Craig $500; these two daughters were to receive no more. The balance of his estate was to be equally divided betwen his daughters, Emily Branson and Nancy Ashby heirs, Mary Timmons and Parasada Wilkenson. His son-in-law, James W. Branson was to be the executor. No sons were named in the will, and according to the listings of the census records, no sons have been found. (Book 12, pg. 151). He died in 1872
